Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Junior Account Executive UKI in Ireland to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding. You will engage with decision-makers, uncover business needs, and demonstrate the value of international employment solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or target-driven roles.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills including cold calling and creative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Understand customer needs through discovery conversations.
• Build stakeholder relationships with HR, Finance, Legal and senior leadership.
• Drive deal progression and maintain momentum through the sales process.
• Collaborate with BDRs to develop a strong pipeline across territory.
• Strengthen outbound prospecting to engage decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and leverage AI tools to boost productivity.
