Jobgether is seeking a Junior Account Executive for the German-speaking DACH market, based in Ireland. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing, helping German-speaking companies hire internationally with compliant workforce solutions.

You will collaborate with BDRs to build a strong pipeline, align with decision-makers, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or customer-facing role.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and progressing opportunities to close.
• Strong outbound prospecting and discovery capabilities.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into daily workflows.
• Proficient with CRM tooling, preferably HubSpot.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Identify prospects' hiring plans and compliance challenges via discovery questions.
• Articulate value of international hiring solutions to stakeholders.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline with brokering teams.
• Close deals while maintaining deal momentum and CRM accuracy.
• Engage hiring managers using innovative outreach approaches.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and sales execution.
