Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting an Inside Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team. Hybrid from CPM Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin, focusing on SME and Enterprise sectors, generating sales and leads for a Music Licensing Body.

The role reports to Inside Sales Manager, with responsibilities including prospecting over the phone, managing pipeline, and meeting KPI targets. Requires experience in tele-sales and CRM, with strong IT skills and target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Inside/sales experience or tele-sales experience
• Familiar with lead management and CRM systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Sell music licences to business customers by phone
• Proactively engage customers and generate leads
• Meet or exceed KPI targets
• Manage CRM and pipeline with accurate data
• Plan activities to maximise prospecting efficiency
