Job summary

Global Payments in Ireland is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive our sales process. You’ll conduct cold and warm calls to introduce market-leading payment solutions, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You’ll be target driven, consistently hitting weekly and monthly targets, maintain accurate CRM records for seamless handovers, and collaborate with the team to identify decision-makers and qualify leads.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales/Lead Generation experience is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer Service skills: experience in Account Management and Customer Service
• Knowledge of payment processing and financial services industry advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bonus if you have Experience in payments
• Relationship building: identify decision-makers and qualify leads
• Data Management: maintain accurate records within our CRM to ensure seamless handovers
