MSP Commercial Lead: Build Recurring Revenue

Job summary

ICT Services in Ireland seeks a hands-on sales professional to build the commercial engine around its MSP delivery. You will personally win net-new Managed Services customers and create recurring revenue, without an inherited book.

You will own deals end-to-end, shape GTM strategy, and pursue public sector opportunities, reporting to Head of Managed Services/Technical & Innovation. Autonomy and a strong delivery team back you.

Qualifications

• Proven MSP sales experience, ideally in Ireland.
• Track record of net-new customers you personally won.
• Quantify past performance (quota, pipeline, logos, contract value).
• Public sector/tender experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build pipeline from the ground up.
• Run discovery and shape solutions with our technical team.
• Own deals end-to-end, including negotiation and close.
• Help shape how Managed Services is positioned and priced.
• Pursue public sector opportunities (relationship-led, long-cycle).
