Job summary

FutureRange is seeking an experienced Commercial Director in Ireland to lead our revenue growth strategy and build a scalable commercial function spanning sales, account management, marketing, partnerships and bids.

The role will drive new business and expansion with senior leadership, ensuring a clear value proposition and strong client relationships across managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, AI and advisory services.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of commercial leadership within IT services, MSP/MSSP, cloud or professional services.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through new business, partnerships and strong execution.
• Experience leading commercial teams with target setting, coaching and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead FutureRange’s commercial growth strategy across new business, account growth, marketing, partnerships and bids.
• Translate company strategy into revenue targets, sector priorities and measurable growth initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the commercial team with clear accountability for pipeline, activity and margins.
• Work with MD and leadership to align commercial priorities with operations, service delivery and finance.
• Represent FutureRange at senior client meetings, industry events and partner forums.
