Job summary

Realtime Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Director to shape and lead a high-growth technology services business in Ireland. You will own the commercial strategy, drive revenue growth and build a scalable sales engine, while managing partnerships and major opportunities.

The role requires senior leadership experience in MSP or technology services, a proven track record in closing large deals, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across sales, delivery and finance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior commercial leadership within MSP or technology services.
• Experience winning new business and expanding strategic accounts.
• Strong knowledge of managed services, cloud, cybersecurity and modern IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the commercial strategy, aligning sales, growth and revenue objectives with the business vision.
• Lead and inspire the commercial team, fostering accountability and performance.
• Get hands-on with major opportunities, engaging at executive level and negotiating strategic deals.
• Build a scalable sales engine with stronger pipeline, forecasting, CRM discipline and opportunity management.
• Unlock value from existing customers while identifying and winning new business across target markets.
• Build strategic technology partnerships with vendors to maximise joint GTM opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with delivery, finance and technical teams to ensure offerings are commercially compelling and deliverable.
• Stay ahead of the market by spotting emerging technologies and opportunities.
