Qualifications

• Substantial experience in IT or telco managed services with revenue ownership.
• Experience leading managed services pre‑sales, tenders and large bids.
• Experience leading a customer-facing commercial team with P&L responsibility.
• Strong network among Irish enterprise or public sector buyers.
• IT services background preferred; telco background welcome with owned IT managed services.

Responsibilities

• Own the managed services revenue, margin and pipeline, and growth plan to deliver on planned transition.
• Win new business and grow existing accounts, including renewals and service expansion.
• Set pricing models, unit rates and margin guardrails, and make sure every bid is commercially sound and profitable.
• Lead qualification of major opportunities and decide where the company bids and where it does not.
• Be visible with customers and prospects. Lead executive conversations, workshops and technical discovery sessions.
• Lead and present on key RFP, ITT and tender responses, including the solution, SLAs, governance and transition plan.
• Build senior relationships across enterprise and public sector accounts and with key partners.
