You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close.

You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer

Qualifications

• Commercial ownership demonstrated through quota-carrying roles or similar positions.
• Ability to build live in software and demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with customers.
• Interest and aptitude for AI, new tools, and evolving workflows.
• Ability to uncover needs, map workflows, and translate into business value.
• Capacity to lead multi-stakeholder discussions and drive procurement cycles.
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline across your book of business with stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from first conversation through close, shaping solutions and business cases.
• Design and validate workflow solutions with customers and Notion teams.
• Coordinate with partners and specialists to maintain momentum and clarity.
• Drive value post-signature with adoption plans and renewal strategies.
