Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin seeks an Account Executive for the Italian market to own the full sales cycle within the SMB sector.

You will lead multiple sales projects, manage new business and grow existing accounts, employing solution selling to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue. You will collaborate with Business Developers, Pre-sales and Marketing to convert leads, while maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.

Formación

• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive relationships.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
• Successful history of net direct new business sales, proving consistent delivery against targets.
• High motivation, resilience and ambition to build a career at Salesforce.
• Degree or equivalent proven experience; experience evaluated on role strengths.
• Fluent English plus fluent Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a dedicated customer set (SMB) in the sales cycle and own full cycle.
• Drive the entire sales process with emphasis on new business while growing existing accounts.
• Utilise solution selling to respond to customer needs and build long-term partnerships.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
• Prioritise and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
• Collaborate with Business Developers, Pre-sales and Marketing for all leads.
