Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners is seeking a Manager for its Dublin advisory team. You will execute private M&A and strategic advisory mandates across the Irish mid-market, while managing key workstreams from preparation to completion.

The role offers exposure to senior dealmarkers and clients, with opportunities to build and review complex financial models, valuations and transaction analyses. Domestic and cross-border work are included.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in IB, corporate finance or M&A.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent commercial judgement and ownership.
• Strong communication with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute private M&A and strategic advisory mandates across the Irish mid-market.
• Manage key transaction workstreams from prep to completion.
• Build and review financial models, valuations and analyses.
• Prepare information memoranda, management presentations and client materials.
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties and external advisers.
• Manage and develop junior team members.
• Support senior bankers on origination and business development.
• Work on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
