Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join its boutique corporate finance team in Dublin City Centre. The role focuses on buy-side/sell-side mandates, funding transactions, and related activities, with responsibility for leading deals and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate finance or related fields, hold a Chartered Accountant designation or CFA, and possess strong financial modelling and analytical

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction services or private equity.
• Professional accounting credential (CA/CPA) or CFA.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Analyse potential mergers and acquisition opportunities, identify targets and conduct in-depth financial analysis.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
• Assist in the transaction due diligence process and deal execution.
• Support deal origination and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
