Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate Director – M&A Advisory to lead and execute transactions in a dynamic Irish boutique team. The role offers exposure to the full deal lifecycle, direct client interaction with business owners and investors, and the opportunity to drive multiple workstreams across advisory mandates.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, develop valuations and financial models, and contribute to business development and growth initiatives within the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Deal Advisory or Transaction Services.
• Strong analytical, valuation and financial modelling skills.
• Experience working on transactions and managing multiple workstreams.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement, communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Management – Managing Corporate Finance and M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle.
• Client Advisory – Working directly with business owners, management teams and investors throughout transactions.
• Financial Analysis – Preparing detailed financial analysis, valuations and financial models.
• Deal Execution – Managing multiple transaction workstreams and coordinating with external advisers.
• Transaction Materials – Preparing and presenting high-quality transaction and client materials.
• Team Development – Supporting and developing junior members of the Corporate Finance team.
• Business Development – Contributing to new business opportunities and the continued growth of the firm.
