Job summary

Elevate Partners, a leading mid-market advisory firm in Dublin, seeks an Associate Director to lead transaction execution across corporate finance mandates and manage client relationships through the deal lifecycle. The role offers significant exposure to M&A and transaction advisory assignments, with collaboration across private equity investors and lenders.

You will review financial models, valuations and due diligence, while mentoring junior team members and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Approx. 6–10+ years' experience in Corporate Finance or related advisory roles.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting and executing M&A transactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Elevate Partners is partnering with a leading mid-market M&A firm to appoint an Associate Director to join its growing Corporate Finance team in Dublin.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transaction professional seeking broad exposure across both M&A execution and transaction advisory assignments. The successful candidate will work closely with business owners, management teams, private equity investors and lenders, while playing a key role in delivering complex transactions across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution across a range of corporate finance mandates
• Manage client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle

Candidate Requirements

• Approximately 6–10+ years' experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Big 4 Advisory or a leading M&A boutique
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrable experience supporting and executing M&A transactions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with strong business judgement
• Entrepreneurial approach and ability to operate in a fast-paced advisory environment
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
