Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners in Dublin seeks an Associate to join its advisory team, focusing on the Irish mid-market and private M&A across entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, corporates and sponsors.

You will execute mandates, manage workstreams, build models and prepare client materials, coordinating with clients and advisers. The role spans domestic and cross-border deals and includes mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience in investment banking, corporate finance or M&A.
• Excellent commercial judgement and ability to take ownership.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute private M&A and strategic advisory mandates across the Irish mid-market.
• Manage key transaction workstreams from preparation through to completion.
• Build and review financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.
• Prepare information memoranda, management presentations and client materials.
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties and external advisers.
• Manage and develop junior team members.
• Support senior bankers on origination and business development.
• Work on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
