Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join its boutique corporate finance team in Dublin City Centre. The role focuses on buy-side/sell-side mandates, funding transactions, and related activities, with responsibility for leading deals and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate finance or related fields, hold a Chartered Accountant designation or CFA, and possess strong financial modelling and analytical

• Professional accounting credential (CA/CPA) or CFA.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Our client, a boutique M&A advisor, is currently seeking an experienced corporate finance/transaction services professional to join its team. The Senior Manager will advise clients in relation to buy-side/sell-side mandates, funding transactions and related activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing potential mergers and acquisition opportunities, identifying targets, conducting in-depth financial analysis and market research.
• Developing financial models and utilising various valuation techniques to support investment strategy.
• Assisting in the transaction due diligence process.
• Supporting deal origination and building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements for this Role

• Qualified accountant and/or CFA with 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction services or private equity.
• Excellent communicator with a strong commercial acumen, who can lead deals and bring a strong technical skillset (financial modelling).
