Job summary

You will execute mandates, manage workstreams, build models and prepare client materials, coordinating with clients and advisers. The role spans domestic and cross-border deals and includes mentoring junior colleagues.

We are working with a top-tier boutique advisory firm who are currently recruiting an Associate into its Dublin advisory team.

The team has a strong focus on the Irish mid-market and private M&A, advising entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, corporates and financial sponsors across a broad range of sectors. This is a generalist role offering significant exposure to senior deal markers and clients, with Associates taking meaningful responsibility throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The Role
