Job summary

Elevate Partners, a leading mid-market advisory firm in Dublin, seeks an Associate Director to lead transaction execution across corporate finance mandates and manage client relationships through the deal lifecycle. The role offers significant exposure to M&A and transaction advisory assignments, with collaboration across private equity investors and lenders.

You will review financial models, valuations and due diligence, while mentoring junior team members and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Approx. 6–10+ years' experience in Corporate Finance or related advisory roles.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting and executing M&A transactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution across a range of corporate finance mandates.
• Manage client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage external advisors.
• Support negotiations, transaction structuring and deal completion.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to business development, networking and origination initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality advisory services across multiple transaction types.
