Ashford Castle, part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, seeks a friendly Concierge to join its luxury team. You will greet guests, manage arrivals/departures, and coordinate services to exceed expectations in an iconic historic setting.

Ideal candidates will be outgoing, with experience in similar roles, strong communication, and the ability to work a 5-7 day rota including weekends. Legal eligibility to work in Ireland is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Friendly & outgoing personality essential.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Present a positive first impression and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Assist with guest arrivals/departures and special requests.
• Utilize resources and contacts to fulfil guest requests.
• Maintain high standards of front courtyard and guest areas.
• Liaise with guests and promote hotel services.
• Answer phone in a warm, guiding manner and transfer calls.
• Deliver high level of guest care and anticipate needs.
