Job summary

MPG Recruitment is working with a growing Irish MSP to recruit a Level 1 IT Support Engineer. This role offers a chance to develop technical skills, support a variety of business clients and grow within a supportive team.

You will provide Level 1 IT support, troubleshoot issues, and support Windows, Microsoft 365 and Apple devices, along with setting up and deploying devices and managing tickets and IT documentation. Salary €35,000–€40,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' IT support experience, ideally with an MSP.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• A+, relevant degree or similar certifications are an advantage.
• Full driving licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365 and Apple devices.
• Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, phones and tablets.
• Manage support tickets, client updates and IT documentation.
