Job summary

RT.Lane is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead the development and coordination of L&D programmes within our People and Culture strategy. You will promote a learning culture, manage the Learning Management System, and drive initiatives across talent management, mentoring, and organisational change.

You will review learning needs, deliver training, collaborate with IT and analytics teams, and support DEI initiatives to ensure employees realise their potential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of contemporary Human Resource Development processes.
• Proven track record in talent strategy and developing internal capability.
• Strong administration, organisation and planning skills.
• Excellent relationship building and communications skills.
• Effective presentation and project management abilities.
• Can-do attitude with ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate L&D programmes and initiatives as part of the People and Culture strategy.
• Coordinate Group HR L&D initiatives and programmes within annual budget.
• Review Learning Needs Analysis and deliver follow-up training.
• Manage Learning Management System and online learning solutions.
• Promote engagement with LinkedIn Learning platform.
• Support mentoring and coaching initiatives and training plans.
• Roll out training to support organisational change and new ways of working.
• Support DEI agenda across HR processes to value employee contributions.
• Report metrics evaluating training outcomes against business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Analytics and BI teams on LMS maintenance and development.
• Support Health & Safety and Internal Audit training initiatives.
• Source third-party funding for training programmes; coordinate with ETB/Skillnets/Enterprise Ireland.
