Job summary

Re:work is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Programme Coordinator to partner with leaders, the People team and external delivery partners. You will own the day-to-day coordination of learning programmes—scheduling, nominations, participant communications, attendance and evaluation—across multiple sites and functions.

You will turn learning data into dashboards for leadership, use feedback to iterate programme design, and support the creation of learning materials and toolkits with

Qualifications

• Working towards, or holding, a recognised HR or L&D qualification
• Experience in a broad, generalist L&D role
• Highly organised, with strong administrative and coordination skills, and genuinely happy managing the detail - schedules, records, follow-ups, reporting

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted point of contact for leaders, HR BP's and external partners on learning matters
• Own day-to-day coordination of learning programmes - scheduling, nominations, communications, attendance and evaluation across sites/functions
• Manage administrative work to keep programmes on track and records up to date
• Turn learning data into dashboards and reports to show progress and gaps
• Use feedback and performance data to drive improvements in programme design and delivery
• Support design of learning materials and toolkits with external partners
• Contribute to the organisation's digital capability agenda by promoting adoption of new tools and systems
