Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist in Ireland to coordinate and deliver a range of learning initiatives across our multi-site client base. Responsibilities

• Schedule events, manage logistics and communications, and engage learners.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Specialist to join a well-established, multi-site organisation, supporting the development of colleagues across the board

You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering a range of learning initiatives, with some exciting programmes planned for the year ahead. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will help bring development programmes to life, create engaging learning content and work closely with stakeholders across the business to build skills, enhance performance and support an exceptional customer experience.

You will take ownership of the coordination and delivery of learning programmes from start to finish, including training sessions, onboarding, workshops and leadership development initiatives. With a number of exciting programmes planned for next year, you will play an important role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, from scheduling and logistics through to communications, learner engagement and post-programme evaluation. You will also coordinate training events, liaise with facilitators and external providers, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives meet business needs.

Alongside programme delivery, you will create engaging learning materials for both classroom-based and digital learning, including presentations, e-learning modules, guides and toolkits. You will administer the Learning Management System (LMS), upload and maintain content, track completion rates and prepare reports to measure engagement and effectiveness.

It is expected that you have three years’ experience in Learning & Development role, strong experience developing programmes, along with content development, including digital learning resources
