Job summary

Horizons Cork is seeking a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to support design, implementation, coordination and evaluation of learning programmes. You will maintain records, administer the LMS and assist managers in identifying development needs to drive organisational performance.

Based at the Head Office in Cork with travel across Cork City & County, the role is 35 hours per week, full-time and permanent.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in learning and development, training, HR, organisational development or administrative role.
• Experience coordinating training programmes and events, or comparable experience in organising and supporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling and administration of training programmes across the organisation.
• Support managers in identifying learning needs and collate training data to identify trends and gaps.
• Facilitate induction and blended learning solutions, including face-to-face, virtual and e-learning.
• Maintain training records and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Provide guidance to staff and managers regarding available opportunities and development pathways.
