Job summary

Vitalograph in Ireland invites a LDD Workforce Development Specialist to design and deliver high-quality learning that builds capability. You'll partner with Global HR and leaders to identify learning needs and manage the full training lifecycle, from analysis to evaluation.

You'll support onboarding, role competence, and ongoing professional development, using data and feedback to improve content, delivery and learner experience. Experience with LMS like 360 Learning or Moodle is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Qualification in learning and development, education, HR or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver onboarding, induction and internal training across digital, virtual, blended and in-person formats.
• Identify learning needs with Global HR and leaders to tailor delivery.
• Develop, review and update learner-focused materials with SMEs.
• Deliver training for employees at all levels, adapting to needs and context.
• Manage training schedules, facilitators, communications, resources and logistics.
• Administer the Vitalograph Centre of Learning including enrolments and learning paths.
• Record participation and competence per company processes.
• Provide learner support and resolve platform or delivery queries.
• Evaluate learning participation and impact using data and feedback.
• Ensure materials meet templates, branding, accessibility and governance.
