Job summary

Horizons Cork, part of the Cope Foundation family in Cork, is seeking a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to design, implement, coordinate and evaluate learning programmes that enable staff to reach their full potential.

Working within the Training and Development Team, you will coordinate learning initiatives, maintain records, facilitate training, support managers in identifying development needs, and drive continuous improvement of organisational learning practices.

Qualifications

• Hold a QQI Level 6+ qualification in Learning & Development, HR, Business or Education.
• Minimum two years' experience in learning and development, training, HR, organisational development or administrative role.
• Have valid work permission to work in Ireland at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling and administration of training programmes across the organisation.
• Manage training calendars, course bookings, participant communications and attendance records.
• Support managers in identifying development needs and collate/analyze training data to identify trends.
• Facilitate induction and other learning programmes; support blended learning (face-to-face, virtual, e-learning).
• Maintain training records and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Gather feedback and analyse learning evaluation data to measure impact.
• Provide guidance to staff and managers regarding learning opportunities.
