Qualifications

• QQI Level 6+ in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum two years' experience in learning and development, training, HR or administrative role.
• Have valid work permission and eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Experience coordinating training programmes and events, or comparable experience.
• Experience maintaining databases, records and reports.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling and administration of training programmes across the organisation.
• Manage training calendars, course bookings, participant communications and attendance records.
• Learning Needs Analysis: identify learning needs with managers and departments.
• Collate and analyse training data to identify trends and gaps.
• Learning Delivery: facilitate induction and other learning programmes; develop blended learning.
• Maintain accurate training records and LMS data, and administer learning technologies.
