Location: Head Office, Blackpool, Cork (with some travel expected across Cork City & County).

Horizons invites applications for the position of Learning and Development Co-ordinator.
The post holder will support the design, implementation, coordination and evaluation of learning and development programmes that enable employees to achieve their full potential. The role will contribute to organisational goals by promoting compliance, enhancing workforce capability, supporting leadership development and fostering a culture of lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
Working as part of the Training and Development Team, the Learning and Development Officer will coordinate learning programmes, maintain learning records and systems, facilitate training where appropriate, support managers in identifying development needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of organisational learning practices.
Hold a full driver’s licence which allows for driving in Ireland and have access to personal transport for the requirements of fulfilling the duties of the post.
