Job summary
Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to join its EMEA technology team in Dublin, bridging regional commercial requirements with global technology. You will design, optimise and support Salesforce-driven sales systems across the organisation.
The role combines IT business analysis with hands-on Salesforce expertise, supporting retail execution, route planning, customer data and AI-driven analytics for field-sales organisations.
Qualifications
- Five+ years of IT business analysis supporting Sales, Commercial or Go-to-Market.
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or similar retail-execution platform.
- Strong data modelling, segmentation and analytics understanding.
- Ability to translate complex commercial needs into technical specs.
- Knowledge of API integrations and data movement between systems.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and order-management platforms.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in CS/IT/Business Systems or related field.
- Experience with FMCG/CPG sectors and field-sales processes.
