Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Consulting to lead client engagements across CRM and related systems, shaping strategy and delivery. You will oversee project planning, budgets, and delivery, mentor teams, collaborate with Ireland and EMEA colleagues, and develop new business opportunities.

Strong communication, 7+ years CRM/Salesforce experience, agile methods, and a client‑facing mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience running medium to large projects and/or programmes in CRM and integrated systems, specifically Salesforce.
Knowledgeable about project management and agile methodologies, and willingness to learn the PwC way of applying these in our engagements.
Commercial awareness and ability to balance delivery need vs budget.
Strong team player with the interest to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
Experience of leading distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Experience of having worked in a matrix environment.
Self-motivated and able to work without daily supervision.
Excellent communication skills – must be able to understand and articulate technical subjects and issues and discuss them with clients.

Responsibilities

Leadership of client engagements that includes project planning & budgeting, as well as implementation of the delivery
Working with PwC teams both in Ireland and across EMEA
Proactively managing the various stakeholders both on the client side and internal to PwC (e.g. industry sector teams)
Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new or existing clients
Producing proposals and presenting to clients
