Job summary

Fenergo is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation Team in Dublin. You will focus on improving Sales & Marketing operations through process analysis, system configuration, and automation.

You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing, analytics and digital transformation teams, working with Salesforce, Marketo and Gong to deliver measurable efficiency gains and data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business information systems or related field.
• Experience with CRM and marketing systems such as Marketo, Salesforce and Gong.
• Proven track record in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and their interdependencies with systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, map, and redesign Sales & Marketing processes using lean principles to drive operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across systems, workflows, and teams.
• Act as the business lead on system enhancements and new feature implementations across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong and related tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system configuration or automation.
• Lead tool rationalisation initiatives, identifying overlaps and proposing streamlined, cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, operations, and digital transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify pain points and design future-state processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and SOPs.
• Lead user training, onboarding, and change management to drive adoption and effective tool usage.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Stay current on trends in Sales & Marketing systems and CRM innovation.
