Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to join its EMEA technology team in Dublin, bridging regional commercial requirements with global technology. You will design, optimise and support Salesforce-driven sales systems across the organisation.

The role combines IT business analysis with hands-on Salesforce expertise, supporting retail execution, route planning, customer data and AI-driven analytics for field-sales organisations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT business analysis supporting Sales, Commercial or Go-to-Market.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or similar retail-execution platform.
• Strong data modelling, segmentation and analytics understanding.
• Ability to translate complex commercial needs into technical specs.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data movement between systems.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and order-management platforms.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in CS/IT/Business Systems or related field.
• Experience with FMCG/CPG sectors and field-sales processes.

Job description

Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to join its EMEA technology team in Dublin. This position will act as the bridge between regional commercial requirements and global technology teams, helping to design, optimise and support the systems used by field-sales functions across the organisation.

The successful candidate will combine strong IT business analysis experience with hands‑on Salesforce expertise. They will support the continued development of the organisation’s sales technology ecosystem, including retail execution, route planning, customer data and AI‑driven analytics.

Experience Required

• A minimum of five years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, Technology Specialist or similar professional supporting Sales, Commercial or Go-to-Market functions.
• Strong hands‑on experience configuring and administering Salesforce platforms.
• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or a comparable retail‑execution platform.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, data modelling, customer segmentation and analytics.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating complex commercial needs into technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, middleware and the movement of data between field applications and central business systems.
• Experience integrating Salesforce or sales applications with ERP and order‑management platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or a related discipline.
• Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud experience or other similar tools like SAP C4C/ Oracle CX Sales / Pepperi or Reptor etc
• Previous experience within the FMCG, consumer goods, retail or CPG sectors.
