Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT/CS/IS or related field.
• Proven experience as Salesforce BA or Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification(s).
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering abilities.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (desirable).

• Deliver continuous improvements across Salesforce Experience Cloud and customer-facing digital platforms.

• Lead Salesforce-related digital projects from discovery to deployment.

This role focuses on enhancing and supporting a large-scale Salesforce environment spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and associated managed packages.

The successful candidate will work closely with global business teams to gather requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and oversee end-to-end delivery. This position also involves platform optimisation, data analytics, project coordination, and supporting AI-driven initiatives within the CRM landscape.
