Job summary

Fenergo seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Transformation Team in Ireland. The role focuses on improving Sales & Marketing operations through process analysis, system configuration, and automation, partnering with Sales & Marketing, analytics, and digital transformation teams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Analyze, map, and redesign Sales & Marketing processes using lean principles.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system configuration or automation.
• Lead tool rationalisation initiatives, identifying overlaps and proposing streamlined, cost-effective solutions.
• Act as the business lead on system enhancements and new feature implementations across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and redesign Sales & Marketing processes using lean principles to drive operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across systems, workflows, and teams.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for configuration or automation.
• Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
• Lead user training, onboarding, and change management activities to drive adoption.
