Job summary

GitLab is seeking an Italian-speaking Business Development Representative to operate 100% remotely within the UK, Ireland, Spain, France, and the Netherlands. You will prospect, qualify, and generate meetings for the Sales organization, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to drive pipeline.

Fluency in Italian and prior outbound sales experience are essential, with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian is required.
• Previous tech outbound sales development experience is required.
• Strong phone skills and active listening.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage high outreach volumes and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Create new logos and expand opportunities in existing accounts.
• Conduct discovery with target accounts to understand needs and qualify opportunities.
• Meet or exceed SAO targets through consistent prospecting.
• Prioritize target accounts and tailor outreach strategies.
• Execute multi-touch outreach using call, email and social channels.
• Track all activity in Salesforce and report on pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to build targeted lists and campaigns.
• Mentor new BDR hires and refine processes.
