GitLab is seeking a Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales team. You will lead outbound outreach to targeted accounts, collaborating with Field and Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to generate qualified meetings and pipeline for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.

The role requires Spanish fluency, prior outbound sales experience, and strong phone/writing skills. You will work fully remote with potential travel for events and training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Experience in an outbound sales development role is required.
• Strong phone skills and writing abilities are essential.
• English proficiency is required for communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Generate new logo and growth opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and qualify opportunities.
• Meet SAO targets by converting prospects into opportunities.
• Research target accounts to identify key players and plan outreach strategies.
• Use multi-touch outreach (call, email, social) to engage prospects.
