Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking an SMB Sales Manager to identify new customers and drive adoption of our diverse solution suite. You will lead a fast-growing SMB sales team, coach reps, and develop strategic plans to achieve quotas.

This role reports to the Area VP, Commercial Sales and requires a hands-on, high-performance leadership style. The position emphasizes hybrid work with a mix of in-office and remote duties, and requires fluency in Italian and English, plus 5+ years in software sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• BA/BS degree in business or a technical field.
• Experience with software sales in IC and management roles.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an Account Executive SMB sales team.
• Develop and execute upgrade/renewal process and strategies with Salesforce data.
• Assess sales activities and forecasts to determine progress and improvements.
• Coach salespeople to develop their sales skills, including forecasting and negotiations.
• Lead complex negotiations and close new business with senior sales support as needed.
• Develop vertical-wide business and sales plans to achieve quota.
