Job summary

Fexco Managed & Advisory Services is seeking Irish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our outsourcing division on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is onsite in Killorglin, Co. Kerry with hybrid options available.

You will provide phone, email and chat support while you train and develop your career within Fexco. Ideal candidates are customer focused, team oriented, motivated and capable of communicating in Irish.

Qualifications

• Irish language proficiency required (written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to customers via phone, email and webchat.
• Keep updated with product, service and customer information via knowledge base.
• Efficiently manage customer database with accurate data entry.
• Demonstrate a strong customer focus at all times.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries on first contact where possible.
• Adhere to GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
