Job summary

Kerry in Ireland is seeking an experienced, passionate Customer Care Specialist fluent in French to join our team in Naas. The role combines high‑touch customer service with account administration and requires flexibility in a dynamic environment.

After a 4–6 week training, the role shifts to a hybrid pattern with office presence three days a week. This 12‑month fixed term contract offers exposure to a global food and nutrition leader and opportunities to grow within Kerry.

Qualifications

• Fluent French speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, timely and effective communication with our customers.
• Responsible for account administration, account queries and commercial support.
• Manage customer orders and requests in line with procedures and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Resolve service issues by clarifying complaints, identifying causes and finding solutions, escalating to Lead/Supervisor/Manager as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and collaborate with the supply chain and commercial teams to improve service.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of products, customers, processes and suppliers.
• Assist with information gathering to support improvements.
• Remain flexible to meet business requirements.
