Job summary

Codex Office Solutions in Ireland is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, delivering exceptional service and resolving customer queries.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will collaborate with internal departments and vendors, aiming to exceed KPI targets and CSAT scores, while enjoying hybrid working and salary DOE.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening.
• Ability to solve problems and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to manage time and priorities.
• Able to work individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls & emails.
• Handle customer queries (orders, quotes, post-sales).
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
• Aim to achieve/exceed department KPIs (email closure rate, CSAT, CES).
• Follow company communications guidelines and procedures.
