Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Handle various customer queries (orders, quotes, post sales).
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
• Aim to meet/exceed customer service KPIs (CSAT, CES, email closures).
• Follow company communications guidelines and procedures.
