Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a proactive Account Executive to lead CSP sales initiatives across Ireland. You will develop business plans, identify opportunities, and collaborate with product partners to maximise benefits for clients and the company.

You will manage proposals, forecasts, and tenders while supporting Ireland-based colleagues to achieve annual bookings targets. This role requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience selling into end user accounts (security sector preferred)
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
• Proven ability to develop business plans and sales strategies
• Strong proposal and forecasting skills
• Understanding of CSP (customer service plan) offerings and value proposition

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan and new service sales strategy to meet company sales goals and profitability
• Focus on CSP sales for Ireland-based organisations
• Generate new service sales opportunities in Ireland
• Provide proposals and estimates with professionalism and accuracy
• Provide monthly and annual sales forecasts to your Line Manager
• Work with product partners to develop and maintain localised relationships to maximise product benefits
• Support in sales presentations, proposals and pricing
• Collaborate with management to ensure end-to-end delivery of products and services
• Support other Ireland-based Account Executives with tenders and renewals
• Achieve annual Ireland personal bookings target
• Manage pre-qualification submissions
• Manage tender submissions
• Networking within the Security sector
• Assisting the Small Work Estimator team for small work proposals
