Bright Software Group in Ireland is hiring a Sales Operations Lead to own day-to-day Sales Operations, partnering with the Director of Revenue Operations to ensure governance, process discipline, and platform capability across HubSpot.

You will drive pipeline forecasting, deal validation, and full-funnel reporting, building dashboards for a trusted view of performance and collaborating across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success.

Formación

• Proven HubSpot operations experience at enterprise scale.
• Strong reporting and data skills with SQL/Power BI.
• Understand sales ops functions including forecasting and deal validation.
• Data-driven with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with multi-system environments (CRM, CPQ, billing).
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance work.

Responsabilidades

• Own pipeline reporting and forecasting with weekly/monthly cadence.
• Manage deal validation, pricing, discounts, and terms.
• Own full-funnel reporting from lead to close-won.
• Track dashboards delivering a single view of sales performance.
• Collaborate on go-to-market process design, territory and quota.
• Manage HubSpot processes: pipeline stages and data quality.
• Identify bottlenecks with Marketing on lead response and qualification.
• Support commission reporting and data feeds to calculations.
• Partner on sales ops strategy and platform changes.
