Job summary

Archer Ireland is seeking ambitious sales talent to pivot from insurance to strategic IT recruitment partnerships. Based in our Dublin office, you will identify decision-makers in Life Sciences and Fintech, present Archer’s bespoke IT talent solutions, and drive high-value contracts.

You will operate in a consultative B2B environment, building long-term partnerships with CEOs and senior leaders, and enjoy uncapped commission potential through successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Insurance Sales (Sales Agent, Broker, or Retention).
• Proven track record of hitting targets.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa; based in Dublin office, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in Pharma and Financial sectors.
• Present Archer’s IT recruitment solutions as a business-critical service.
• Own pipeline: pitching terms, negotiating contracts, and securing partnerships.
• Build a personal brand as the go-to partner for IT talent.
