Job summary

Portfolio Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to inspire and drive performance within a brand-new Dublin operation. You will lead a team of sales professionals, set targets, monitor quality, and foster a culture of high engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, you’ll recruit, onboard, coach and optimise sales processes, analyse KPIs and call quality, and shape strategies that boost revenue while delivering excellent customer engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales management experience in a call centre or inside sales environment.
• Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager or similar.
• Strong track record in coaching individuals and improving team performance.
• Confidence analysing KPIs, sales data and call quality.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for developing people.

Responsibilities

We’re partnering with a leading international mental health and wellbeing provider to recruit an Inside Sales Team Leader for its brand-new Dublin operation.

The Role
