We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic Sales Floor Manager who knows how to get the best out of a high-performing sales team.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a spreadsheet. You’ll be on the sales floor, coaching in real time, driving standards, developing people and creating the energy needed to deliver exceptional results.

The role

As part of the New Business leadership team, you’ll take ownership of team performance while playing an important role in recruiting, onboarding and developing new sales talent.

You’ll coach your team every day, listen to calls, give immediate feedback, analyse performance and identify exactly where improvements can be made. You’ll run regular 1-to-1s, manage KPIs and ensure your people have the support, direction and motivation they need to succeed.

You’ll also work closely with the wider Inside Sales leadership team, using performance data to plan ahead, improve processes and continually raise the standard across the sales floor.

Who are we looking for?

We want a sales leader with presence – someone confident, commercially minded and comfortable holding people accountable while also being an outstanding coach.

You’ll ideally have at least three years’ sales management experience within a call centre environment, with a proven track record as a Team Leader or Manager. You’ll be resilient, target-driven, highly organised and able to make changes that improve performance rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

Most importantly, you’ll be ambitious. This role will suit someone who wants to make an impact now but also sees their next management position ahead of them.
