• 2–3 years relevant B2B sales, inside sales, freight quotations or commercial experience.
• Freight forwarding or logistics experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of pricing, margin and profitable growth.
• Communicative and negotiative skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Crm discipline and good IT skills including AI.

Aufgaben

• Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities via telephone, email and digital channels.
• Prepare and follow up quotes, spot quotes, and competitive freight solutions.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline, CRM activity and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, Operations and Marketing to convert opportunities.
• Utilise market information and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
