Job summary

Logiskills is recruiting an experienced Senior Freight Sales Executive for an established international logistics provider. Based in Dublin North, you will develop an assigned territory, win new business and secure customer revenue while coordinating with internal teams to tailor logistics solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, maintain CRM records, and participate in trade groups and events.

Qualifications

• Experienced freight sales professional within the local market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory, building a strong understanding of prospective customers and competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Work with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions, including proposals and cost-benefit assessments.
• Coordinate customer relationships across local branches and regional teams.
• Support the onboarding of new accounts through customer introductions, information handovers and completion of required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
• Support accounts receivable collection where required.
• Participate in training to develop selling skills and maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Represent the business at relevant local trade groups and industry events as required.
