• 2–3 years B2B sales or inside sales experience in freight or logistics.
• Understanding of pricing, margin and profitable growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities by phone, email, and digital channels.
• Prepare and follow up quotes and competitive freight solutions.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, Operations and Marketing to onboard customers.
• Leverage market intelligence and pricing data to identify growth opportunities.
