Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an Indirect Customer Service Representative in Athlone to manage orders and queries from indirect customers and build long-term relationships with our indirect-based team and customers to maximize sales growth with the assistance of relevant Teleflex resources.

You will ensure Teleflex remains a key preferred supplier in the medical devices space by coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams, handling invoicing, returns, and escalations while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Education to Leaving Certificate level (or equivalent).
• Several years experience in fast-moving customer service environment, preferably multinational.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• SAP SD user level experience desirable.
• Self-starter / 'Can do' approach and attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team toward strict deadlines.
• Flexibility and willingness to help colleagues meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team; ensure all orders via email are processed accurately and promptly. Resolve customer queries, stock situations, deliveries, invoices, product queries, literature & sample requests.
• Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with promptly and resolved to customer satisfaction.
• Escalate product complaints to the appropriate department.
• Maintain regular contact with warehouse and purchasing dept. to coordinate deliveries, returns, etc.
• Act as principal contact for designated key accounts; report monthly activity to management.
• Liaise with the sales force regarding quotations, orders, product queries, and general information from customers.
• Process daily invoicing.
• Process billing corrections on time per company policy.
• Process returns from customers on time per policy.
• General administration work.
• Adhere to the Teleflex Quality Management system.
• Involvement in special projects as required.
